What is your turnaround time?
Timing depends on the quantity, stock, finishing and approved artwork. Include your needed date when requesting a quote. For an urgent job, call the shop to check availability and confirm the schedule.
Do you offer design services?
Yes! Our in-house graphic design team can create or refine your artwork. Minor layout tweaks on a print order are included; full design work runs $75/hour, quoted up front.
What file formats do you accept?
We accept PDF, AI, EPS, PSD, and high-resolution JPG/PNG files. Need help with your files? Our team can assist with formatting.
Do you have minimum order quantities?
Minimums vary by product. We offer small minimums on many items and can accommodate short runs for certain products. Contact us for specifics.
Can I see a proof before printing?
Discuss the proof options for your job with the shop. Review text, layout and versions carefully before approving production. If matching an existing printed piece matters, bring a sample.
Do you handle mailing services?
Yes. We help with printing and mailing preparation for association notices, ballots, budgets and newsletters. We confirm quantities, versions, postage, return-envelope needs and the mailing handoff schedule for each job.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept major credit cards and checks. Ask the shop about payment arrangements and any account terms available for your order.
Can you match my brand colors exactly?
Bring your brand guidelines and an existing printed sample if you have one. We can discuss the stock, printing method and proof options for the match you need; screens and different materials can show color differently.
Do you offer pickup or delivery?
Pickup is available at our Laguna Hills shop Monday–Friday, 10 AM–6 PM. Ask about delivery or shipping options, any charges and the handoff schedule when you request your quote.
